1. Overview

Stoddard Silverworks is a small, family-owned business creating handmade jewelry from upcycled stainless steel and silver-plated flatware. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the policies outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

2. Handmade Product Disclaimer

All our jewelry is handcrafted from vintage and thrifted flatware. Because of this, each piece may have slight variations in pattern, wear, or patina. These details are part of the charm of upcycled materials.

• Colors, patterns, and finishes may appear differently depending on lighting or screen settings.
• Measurements and sizing may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of each piece.

3. Print-On-Demand Products

Some items in our shop, such as apparel, notebooks, art prints, home goods, and other accessories, may be fulfilled through print-on-demand (POD) partners. These items are made to order just for you.

Because of this:

• Processing and shipping times for POD products may differ from our handmade jewelry.
• POD items may ship separately, in their own packages, directly from the printing facility.
• All POD products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If a POD items arrives damaged or inccorect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can work with out production partner to resolve the issue.

4. Product Availability

We work in small batches, and many of our handmade pieces are one-of-a-kind.

• Items may sell out quickly and may not return to the shop.
• If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with options such as a refund or alternative piece.

5. Order Processing

Most ready-to-ship jewelry ships within 3-5 business days.

Print-on-demand items follow the processing timelines of our production partners, which may vary.

You will recieve an email confirmation once any part of your order ships.

6. Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.

• Stand shipping is via USPS unless otherwise noted.
• Stoddard Silverworks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been scanned by the carrier.
• Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are generally final.

Print-on-demand items are always final sales unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can help. We may offer:

• Repairs (when possible)
• Exchanges (case by case)
• Store credit or partial refunds in certain situations

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the items arrived damaged or we made an error.

8. Resizing & Repairs

We offer limited resizing depending on the piece. Some flateware patterns cannot be safely reshaped without risking damange.

Please contact us before sending a piece back for resizing or repair.

9. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards and any payment supported by our shop platform, Sellfy. All payments must be successfully processed before an order is shipped.

10. Intellectual Property

All photos, product descriptions, branding, and designs on this website are the property of Stoddard Silverworks.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during checkout is used only to process your order.
