Shipping Overview

Stoddard Silverworks ships handmade jewelry and occasional print-on-demand (POD) products throughout the United States. Each item is carefully packaged to arrive safely and beautifully. Because some products are handmade and others are printed to order, shipping timelines and packaging may vary.

Processing Times
• Handmade jewelry: 3–5 business days
• Print-on-demand products: Fulfilling partners process and ship these items on their own timelines, usually within 5–10 business days
• Orders containing both jewelry and POD items may arrive in separate packages

Shipping Methods
• USPS is our primary carrier
• Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments
• Upgraded shipping options may be offered at checkout

Delivery Issues
Once a package is accepted and scanned by USPS, Stoddard Silverworks is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If an issue occurs, please reach out to USPS first with your tracking number.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.

International Shipping 

We currently do not offer international shipping.
