Overview
Because our pieces are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, we want to make sure you love what you receive. While we cannot accept traditional returns on most items, we do offer support if something arrives damaged or if there’s an error on our part.
All Sales Are Final
• Handmade jewelry: All pieces are final sale
• POD products: Final sale unless damaged or defective upon arrival
• Custom or made-to-order items: Always final sale
If Something Arrives Damaged
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• a photo of the damage
• your order number
• the name of the item
We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Resizing & Repairs
Some spoon rings can be safely resized; others cannot due to the structure of the flatware.
If you need help with sizing or repairs, contact us and we’ll let you know what we can do.
Wrong Item or Shop Error
If we accidentally send the wrong item, we will cover return shipping and send the correct piece as soon as possible.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We cannot refund orders marked as delivered or delayed by USPS.
If your package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), please contact us so we can help you file a claim.
Due to the unique nature of our products, refunds are rare but may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
